For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and other hygiene-sensitive jewellery may not be eligible for return or refund where permitted by applicable law.

Please do not send your purchase back before receiving return instructions or confirmation from us. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Unless the product is defective or otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their products.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, we aim to process your refund within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned package.

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

There is no restocking fee. Original delivery costs may be non-refundable except where reimbursement is required by applicable law.
