Processing Time

Orders placed before 11:00 PM (Central Standard Time, Chicago) are processed the next business day (Monday through Saturday). We aim to prepare and ship your jewellery with the care and speed it deserves.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across the United States.

Estimated transit time is typically 4–7 business days (Monday through Saturday), depending on your location.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. This allows you to follow your package every step of the way until it arrives safely at your doorstep.

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your items. We’ll guide you through the return process.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or otherwise required by applicable law.
